With offices in Gateshead, Sunderland and Durham, we offer an independent multi-disciplinary surveying and architectural service to real estate owners, financial institutions, occupational companies, the public sector, health authorities, professional firms and private clients throughout the United Kingdom.

With further offices planned for London, Birmingham and Leeds, we are looking to achieve a greater market presence whilst maintaining the company’s philosophy.

With highly motivated, experienced and professionally qualified staff from a range of property disciplines, RSL provides what we believe is the closest to a ‘One Stop Shop’ service available in the market place; and through an effective and constantly evolving management structure we are able to ensure all clients’ expectations are achieved.

RSL strives for and attains the acme of professionalism by the use of quality systems and procedures which are constantly scrutinised and evaluated.

In addition to RSL acting for clients throughout the UK and Ireland, we are now also able to offer property & environmental advice to our clients whose portfolios and/or business activities extend into Australia, New Zealand and Asia, via an associated company, SGA Property Consultancy. SGA Property Consultancy is the leading independent Chartered Building Surveying & Environmental Consultancy providing integrated and quality surveying and design services throughout the Southern hemisphere.

By also having a dedicated residential department, RSL are able to provide a professional and comprehensive service to clients within the residential market. We are able to provide advice to include comprehensive mortgage valuation, pre-acquisition or condition surveying and energy assessment. Due to the differences in the residential market and the need for good local knowledge, we limit our services and involvement to the North East region.
