Robertson Simpson Limited have joined forces with the respected and long established Sunderland based General Practice Surveying practice of Chadwick and Partners, in what they believe to be one of the most exciting developments in recent months for the north east property market.
By combining the knowledge and experience brought by Chadwick and Partners with the breadth of service, determination and resource of Robertson Simpson Limited, the newly formed practice of Robertson Simpson & Chadwick Property Consultants is resolved in delivering a professional and quality service to its clients whilst maintaining its established reputation of maintaining a reasonable and justifiable level of cost and professional fees, which has not been influenced by market conditions and was a company philosophy from its conception.
RSL take home prize in the Building Excellence Awards 2009
RSL take home prize in the Building Excellence Awards 2009 - Robertson Simpson Limited won the award of ‘Best Commercial Building (Up to £1 million)’ for their involvement with the refurbishment of Café Roco, Burdon House, Burdon Road, Sunderland. The project involved the alteration and refurbishment of the ground floor areas including the installation of new shop frontages.
RSL have moved premises - April 2009
Regional surveying company Robertson Simpson Limited have just moved into new premises on The Watermark in Gateshead to accommodate their transformation from a firm of Building Surveyors, Architectural Designers and Project Managers, to a fully fledged multidisciplinary surveying company offering building surveying, general practice surveying, architectural design, CDM co-ordination, energy performance assessments, project management, and residential surveys.
To facilitate this change, Jason Carr MRICS has been promoted to the role of Technical Director of the company, whilst Niall Deas MRICS has been recruited to head the General Practice department of the company, Helen Forster MRICS, recruited to lead the Business Rates team and Mike Alderson MRICS recruited to undertake the full range of residential surveys.
Robertson Simpson Limited now has regional offices located at the Watermark, Gateshead, Sunderland City Centre, Belmont, Durham and Stockton-on-Tees.
Managing Director, Mark Robertson MRICS said “Since establishing the General Practice department we have seen strong interest in the services we are now providing and with a steady stream of new clients relocating their business to the company. The company believes that now is the time to invest in new premises and staff if we are to take full advantage of current developments in the North East property market.”
