An elemental or specialist investigation will be carried out by RSL where concern exists over specific parts, elements or defects in a property. Examples of this specialist investigation and diagnosis work are the detailed study and survey of movement, cracking, bulging, timber decay etc. which can occur in properties of different construction and age.
The scope of this type of investigation will be specific, firstly to the defect(s) reported and secondly to each individual job. Where necessary, the brief and scope of services may alter as findings on site are reported.
