Our experience with building contracts encompasses all types, ages and sizes of properties and includes specialist advice in respect of historic and listed buildings. Our instructions range from minor alterations and decorations to fitting out works, extensions to existing properties, complete refurbishments and new build.
RSL has considerable experience in developing the client’s brief, advising on the options available; interpreting client’s requirements and recommending and implementing an agreed strategy for the successful completion of a project. Our services may include the preparation of a specification for the works and the drawings required; preparation of full tender and contract documentation; the sourcing and employment of a suitable contractor; and leading a professional team to administer the works, both practically and financially to achieve the project goals within budget.
